  1. First of all, Go to the product section.
  2. View the products you are interested in and place your cursor on the photograph to zoom in to see every detail. Available sizes, Variety, and price are mentioned on that page. Then, select an item that you want to buy and add it to your cart.  If you want, you can continue shopping or you can choose the Checkout button to place an order.
  3. After you’ve done with your shopping, proceed to checkout. Please enter your Shipping info in detail.
  4. The total amount of products will vary the delivery charge. To know the delivery Charge, Please check the Shipping Details on this page. 
  5. Click the ‘Place Order’ button.
  6. . Select your desired payment method: Visa, Mastercard, bKash, DBBL Nexus, Rocket, etc. 
  7.  Confirm the order.
  8.  You will receive an invoice from Nitya Upahar.

If you decide that you no longer want your order for any reason, you can cancel it as long as it hasn’t been sent for shipment to our third-party courier service. Once it’s sent for shipment, we are unable to cancel an order as the information & the product has already been sent to the courier service and the item will be shipped anyway.

You can track your order from here and check the status if it has been sent for shipment already or not. If not, Then here is the way to modify/cancel your order: 

1) Know your “order number” from your confirmation email.

2) Go to https://nityaupahar.shop/track-order/ and enter your order number. Remember, You can only modify/cancel your order at any point before it has gone for shipment.

If you want to modify or cancel the order after the shipment has made, we are unable to change it.  

YES, Of Course. To track your order please go to https://nityaupahar.shop/track-order/  enter your Order ID and press the “Track” button.Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received it.

If the product is shown out of stock or you can’t find your desired size, you cannot simply order the item. You can always review that item and request to reprint the product. To request a product please email us at product_request@nityaupahar.shop

Yes, Of course! Though we prefer to receive your order through our website, in case you are unable to do it, you can order over the phone. Our cell number to take the order is: 01920302259

We use Sundarban Courier Service as our Third-Party Client to deliver your products. You can get your products delivered at almost all Upazilas of 64 districts in Bangladesh.

Currently, it’s not possible to deliver outside Bangladesh. We will update the delivery charge when it’s possible

After you have placed an order through our website, It will take 24 – 48 or 72 hours to be delivered in your shipping address. In case of any national emergency, Govt holidays, Heavy traffic it will affect or delay the normal delivery time.

Yes, you can get home delivery If you have given a detail delivery address.

Nitya Upahar tries its best to pack your products with extreme care. But sometimes we may fail to fulfill your expectations.  If you have received any products that are spoiled or harmed by any chances, take a picture of it and let us know our support team. They will take care of the rest of it.

Nitya Upahar trusts its customers and grants them as well-wishers. You can return the product within 10 days if there’s something wrong with it. Just don’t wash it or tear the tag of the product.

We are sorry to say that you can’t get same day delivery. If your shipping address is near Shahbag or Mohammadpur, you can contact our customer support team though we can’t guarantee if could able to deliver your products on the same day.

No, not yet. Currently we are working on it. For now, you have to pay in advance via bkash, rocket or debit/credit card to place your order.

Yes, Of course! You can gift any product to your friends or dear ones. Add your desired product to cart and place your order to the address where you want this to be delivered.

You can pay via bkash, Rocket, NexusPay, Visa, Mastercard to place your order. We are currently working on International Purchase & Delivery from our shop.

We are sorry to say that you can’t choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ to buy any products from us. We are currently working on it.

The security of your payment information is very important to us. All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and All payment processing is done by a third party credit card processor. All details are sent over SSL encrypted channel.

Currently you cannot. But don’t be hopeless about it. We are working hard on it. Hope we will be able to deliver products anywhere in the world very soon.

Yes, You can buy products via international VISA & Mastercard.

Currently it’s not possible to deliver outside Bangladesh. We will update the delivery charge when it’ll be possible for us to deliver outside Bangladesh.

Yes, you can. To change the size of the same product,  no additional payment necessary.

But for a different item, Nitya Upahar will not refund. You can purchase a new item from our store with the same price or more than that. You have to make the additional payment.

If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item via courier. And make a new purchase online.

If you buy products that are on sale, you will not be eligible to exchange that product.

Not for any sort of issue Nitya Upahar will not refund via Cash. You can exchange with a different item that has exactly the same or higher price.

No, You will not be charged extra cash on top of purchased product. All prices are given including VAT.  We will take care of it from our end.
